David Steelman Named SuperLawyer for 2009

David L. Steelman of Rolla, Missouri has been named by Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers magazine as one of the top attorneys in Missouri for 2009. The selections for Super Lawyers are made by Law & Politics, a division of Key Professional Media, Inc. of Minneapolis, MN. Each year, Law & Politics undertakes a multi-phase selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by the Law & Politics' attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area, and a good-standing and disciplinary check.

Mr. Steelman has been named before by Super Lawyers in the area of Personal Injury and Product Liability Litigation. However, in 2009 Mr. Steelman was also named in the area of Business Litigation and has been included in Super Lawyers, Corporate Counsel Edition for Business Litigation.

David Steelman is the managing partner of the Law Firm Steelman, Gaunt and Horsefield in Rolla, Missouri. He received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Missouri in 1975 and graduated from the University Of Missouri School Of Law in 1978, finishing first in his class. He currently limits his practice to litigation.
